The Law Office of Roger Manus represents individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries or family members who are the survivors of a wrongful death due to negligence in long term care facilities, group homes or state institutions throughout North Carolina.

We also represent people in Medicaid appeals (including EPSDT) where there is a dispute about medical necessity or access to services.

We advocate in disputes concerning who should be the guardian and what the guardian should be doing as well as other disputes where abuse or neglect of persons with disabilities is an issue.

"There are few things I would like better than to have every parent with a son or a daughter suffering from Autism take every issue of unfair treatment to you."

Our Americans with Disabilities (ADA) work includes employment as well as access to human services and public accommodations.

We also handle non-ADA employment cases.

We have co-counseled on class action lawsuits on behalf of persons with mental disabilities, and otherwise advocate for quality services and supports and self-determination for persons with mental disabilities.

If you feel you would like to contact us about a situation in your or your loved one's life, please call us at 1-919-783-7091or e-mail us at manuslaw@bellsouth.net.
